Day 1 - Travel to Interlaken at the start of your Swiss experience

Arrive in Switzerland by air or rail from London with onward rail travel to Interlaken

Day 2-6 - Discover Interlaken and the glorious Bernese Oberland

With your Swiss Travel Pass, enjoy free travel on Lakes Thun and Brienz and on the trains to Lauterbrunnen. Mountain railways and cable cars are up to 50% off while Jungfraujoch is available at 25% reduction. We also include a return day trip on the Luzern-Interlaken Express - this striking journey is 2 hours of fabulous views as you travel over the Brünig Pass to Lucerne.

Day 7 - GoldenPass Express train to Montreux

Board the GoldenPass Express and wave farewell to Lake Thun before you head into the mountains and the alpine resort of Gstaad. The final descent into Montreux boasts a spectacular view of Lake Geneva. Ask us about an upgrade to Prestige Class on the GoldenPass Express.

Day 8-10 - Explore Montreux and Lake Geneva

Montreux is an attractive lakeside town with cafés and a promenade leading to Chillon Castle, where entry is free with your Swiss Travel Pass. The pass also covers lake steamers and mainline trains for trips Lausanne and the Lavaux vineyards. For mountain views, the railway to Les Rochers-de-Naye is highly recommended at 50% off.

Day 11 - A day to savour - Glacier Express to St. Moritz including lunch

Travel to Brig to pick up the Glacier Express to St. Moritz with a set lunch served at your seat. Dramatic highlights of the route include the Oberalp Pass, Rhine Gorge and Landwasser Viaduct

Day 12-14 - Glorious St. Moritz and the surrounding upper Engadin mountains

In summer, this holiday includes the excellent Engadin Card, giving unlimited free travel on mountain railways and cable cars across the region, such as Piz Nair at 3,057m for superb views. We also include a memorable return day trip on the Bernina Express from St. Moritz to Tirano in Italy, crossing the Alps with spectacular scenery.

Day 15 - Leave the high Alps for your journey home

A beautiful train journey down to Chur at the start of your return journey to the UK by air or rail.
