Lenk Holidays 2026

Mountain resort

A Valley of Natural Beauty

Tucked away at the end of the Simmental Valley, Lenk im Simmental is a true Swiss Alpine paradise. Nestled at the foot of the Wildstrubel massif, it’s where the Simme River begins its journey in the spectacular Simmenfälle waterfalls.

The region is blessed with pristine nature — from sparkling alpine lakes like Iffigsee to peaceful pastures dotted with traditional wooden chalets and grazing Simmental cows, famous for their creamy milk and calm nature. Surrounded by majestic peaks and cascading waterfalls, Lenk offers pure mountain air and authentic Bernese hospitality.

In summer, explore scenic hiking and biking trails, crystal-clear lakes, and flower-filled meadows. In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the Adelboden-Lenk ski area, or unwind in cozy chalets and wellness spas.

Rich in tradition and tranquility, Lenk invites you to experience local culture, hearty cuisine, and the timeless rhythm of Alpine life — all just a scenic train ride away from Bern or Montreux.
