Welcome to five Adventures showcasing the variety of unique experiences around the famous Landwasser Viaduct. Landmark of the region and nestled in the breath-taking Albula region, this is one of the most spectacular railway bridges in the world. The impressive structure dates from 1902 and is a masterpiece of engineering at 142m long and 65m high. The stone arch bridge blends harmoniously into the landscape in an elegant curve before leading into a rock tunnel.

Railway Adventure World
The Glacier Express and Bernina Express both travel along the railway in this picturesque corner of Switzerland and it has been recognised since 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Landwasser Viaduct is one of the most famous Swiss symbols and you can experience it from all different angles during your day!

Culture Adventure World
Discover the fascinating heritage of the region on the FiliTour village tour. Filisur is a centre of national importance, being at the heart of the Rhaetian Railway. Use the local app to learn about the 14 magnificent merchant houses built in typical Engadin style.
There's more to see Bergün Museum and Model Railway, where you can immerse yourself in times go by. A popular feature is the true-to-scale replica of the Bergün-Preda railway line.
Forest Adventure World
Don't miss the Darlux chairlift which crosses the UNESCO World Heritage route. It takes you to La Diala mountain restaurant and back down into the valley. Alternatively, from the summit station, there is a panoramic walking trail over Alp la Muetta to Chants.
Water Adventure World
Two picturesque rivers run through the region - the Albula and the Landwasser. Enjoy them both during your visit - a recommendation is to follow the Ansaina Waterway which has 10 viewing stations along the way, including the famous Alvaneu springs.
Agriculture Adventure World
Enhance your day in the countryside with a visit to Las Sorts organic farm and the Farsox Ranch. Mountain farming has always been a vital part of Alpine culture ... now you can experience the variety of local produce and encounter farm animals first hand. The farm shops offer delicacies to take away.
Walking in the region
In this scenic region lies a network of lovely walking trails with close-up views of mountains, roaring alpine streams and elegant viaducts. Some of the trails run parallel with the railway line - experience the same perfect interplay of landscape and technology which the World Heritage Line travellers enjoy - but on your own two feet and at your own pace. Information panels help you to appreciate the surrounding nature and culture.

Parc Ela
Parc Ela is the largest nature park in Switzerland. With steep mountain peaks and vast landscapes surrounded by glaciers and mountain lakes, the park offers a genuine wilderness feeling. In the valleys, historic villages an baroque churches are a reminder of the former significance of the Alpine passes.
Much of the Park is untouched by humans and is teeming with biodiversity with habitats perfect for pollinating insects including hundreds of species of butterflies and bees.
Start from the visitor centre in the station at Tiefencastel.
Directions
The heart of the Albula region can easily be reached on the efficient transport network from all the Graubünden resorts (Chur, Arosa, Lenzerheide, Davos, Klosters, St. Moritz, Pontresina, Sils and Scuol).
As an example, it's a quick journey from Davos to Filisur (25 minutes), while the trip from St. Moritz to Bergün takes 45 minutes.
