Day 1 - Arrive and explore this lovely Lake Geneva resort

Fly from your local airport to Geneva in under 2 hours with connecting rail travel to Vevey and your transfer to your hotel for your 3 night stay including dinner. (Please note the hotel restaurant is closed Sunday & Monday nights; vouchers are provided for dining at a choice of nearby restaurants). 

Day 2 - A day to savour on the GoldenPass Express

A short bus or local train ride takes you to Montreux where you join the GoldenPass Express. Your journey to Gstaad, which takes around 90 minutes, starts with a stunning ascent as you leave Montreux and head for the dramatic snow-covered high meadows and mountains, arriving in the chic ski resort. Wander along the car-free promenade with its many shops and restaurants with time for you to enjoy lunch before your return on the spectacular GoldenPass Express journey to Montreux.

Day 3 - Unforgettable day with wine tasting and traditional fondue

The Lavaux region is renowned for its terraced vineyards and today you’ll have the opportunity to try the wines. A scenic funicular ride brings you to Mont-Pèlerin, where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to Domaine Le Parrain - a small, family-run estate committed to sustainability. Enjoy a guided tasting of four organic wines, thoughtfully paired with a plate of cured meats, as you discover the vineyard’s eco-conscious approach to viticulture. The visit concludes with a traditional Swiss fondue lunch, served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Day 4 - Last day and time for you to enjoy the unique lakeside setting

Take a last stroll along the lake before your journey to Geneva and your return to the UK, with wonderful memories of your visit.
