Railways of the Jungfrau Region
Stunning mountain journeys throughout this scenic region
The famous railways of the Jungfrau mountains are an absolute joy.
The network of narrow-gauge railways, cogwheel trains, aerial cable cars and funiculars offer the chance to discover idyllic villages and stunning mountain scenery. Explore this beautiful region from Mürren and the Schilthorn, right across to Grindelwald and Grosse Scheidegg. Visitors can also travel to the panoramic plateau at Schynige Platte, the lush Lauterbrunnen Valley and of course, the incomparable Jungfraujoch-Top of Europe at 3,571m.
We'll be pleased to create any Jungfrau region itinerary to suit you, incorporating your own selection of resorts, duration, hotels and excursions.
We can even help you build a Grand Tour, combining the journeys with other scenic rail routes such as the GoldenPass Line and Glacier Express.
