For spectacular views over the Jungfrau and Lauterbrunnen valley, combined with peace and quiet there can hardly be a better situated hotel and yet it is only five minutes from the village centre and about seven minutes from the station or the Männlichen cable car.

There are two lounges (one of which non smoking), a cosy bar and an attractive pine clad dining room. Half board includes a five course dinner which, weather permitting, may be served on the sun terrace. Breakfast is laid out as an excellent buffet.

Two particular features of the hotel are a jacuzzi on the terrace and a model railway in the garden. Our experience of the Bellevue extends over 20 years and Judith Engi carries on the hotel’s reputation for friendly hospitality offering her guests personal service together with the excellent cuisine their chef provides. Half board only.
