An incredable way to enjoy hiking between resorts
This independent hiking tour (4 or 7 nights), combines the three well known resorts of Davos, Arosa and Lenzerheide. Even in Roman times, people were using the Alpine crossings over the Strela Pass and the Urdenfürggli. Today, you can enjoy the spectacular views from well maintained paths and wonder at the diversity of flora and fauna. The hiking times vary depending on how much you use the cable cars - 3/4½ hours to 6 hours on your two hiking days. You'll be hiking unencumbered in the finest corner of Graubünden, as you will have your luggage transferred for you.

Day 1 (Day 1)
Arrive in Davos

We arrange your travel from the UK to Davos to suit your individual requirements. The Sunstar Parkhotel is situated in Davos Platz in a quiet position above the main street. In addition to their bar and restaurant the hotel has an excellent Wellness area with large swimming pool.

Day 2 and 3
Free travel on the cable cars around Davos
|

|
There is a wide range of things to do in the Davos area and you have a 'Davos Klosters Inclusive Card' which gives you unlimited free daytime travel on all mountain railways and cable cars in Davos Klosters.
The hotel has a wide range of facilities in their Wellness area if you prefer to take things easy.

Day 4 (Day 2)
Hike over the Strela Pass to Arosa
|
|
|
Your luggage will be transferred to your hotel in Arosa so you can enjoy your hike from Davos over the Strela Pass through the wild and romantic Sapün Valley The views and natural beauty are unique. The hiking time depends on the route you choose. The simple route uses rail and takes around 4½ hours or the more difficult route where you hike the whole way is around 6 hours. Check in and relax at the Sunstar Parkhotel in Arosa.

Days 5 (Day 3)
Free travel on the cable cars around Arosa
|
|
|
Enjoy a relaxing time in the hotel's Wellness Oasis or explore the numerous options around Arosa with a stroll by the lakes. If you feel the call of the mountains the 'Arosa Inclusive Card' gives you free access to the cable cars up to the various mountain stations and restaurants and you can wander along some of the well prepared walking trails.

Day 6 (Day 4)
Hike the Urdenfürggli to Lenzerheide
|
|
|
Your luggage will be transferred to your hotel in Lenzerheide leaving you free to enjoy your hike to Lenzerheide linked by the Urdenfürggli.
From the peaks of the Weisshorn, Hörnli and Parpaner Rothorn you get some fantastic views. Again the hiking time depends on the route you choose. The simple route uses the cable cars and takes around 3 hours or the more difficult route where you again walk the whole way takes around 6 hours. Check in and relax at the Sunstar Hotel Lenzerheide.

Day 7
Free travel on cable cars around Lenzerheide

|
|
Again time to relax with the whole day at leisure - spend a lazy day around Lake Heid, or take advantage of the free travel provided with a walk up into the mountains.

Day 8 (Day 5)
Depart Lenzerheide

Final day of your hiking tour - we will arrange your travel home or extend your holiday to suit your individual requirements.
