 An incredible visit to the highest railway station in Europe. Travel by train to Lauterbrunnen and then on cogwheel railway through Wengen and up to Kleine Scheidegg, where you change train to a rack and pinion railway through the north face of the Eiger to the snow-covered Jungfraujoch. The facilities are wonderful with three restaurants, sun terrace, ice palace, the Aletsch Glacier and husky-drawn sledge rides. The view from here is unbelievable! Return to Interlaken or Wilderswil can be via Grindelwald. One not to be missed.
