Swiss Family Card
Children up to 5 years old travel free on public transport in Switzerland. Thereafter, the Family Card entitles children between 6 and 15 to travel free if accompanied by at least one parent. This card is issued free of charge with your tickets.
Making the most of your half fare card
The half fare card is included in all the holidays featured.
Half Fare Card
Your package holiday includes this exceptional card, which entitles you to half or reduced price travel on the Swiss transport network. This includes most lake steamers, railways, PostBuses as well as reductions on most cable cars, gondolas and mountain railways. Reservations should be made by telephone so that your requirements may be discussed personally. A £150 deposit is required if your holiday is with British Airways or Swiss International Air Lines. For holidays with flights with any other airline, or with 3 or more centres, a deposit of at least £250 per person will apply. You will then receive a confirmation invoice which gives full details of the hotel and travel arrangements made. Settlement of the balance is due 10 weeks prior to the departure date. For reservations within 60 days full payment is required at the time of booking.
Balance payments by credit card incur a charge of 2%.
No charge is made for payments by debit card.
