About Bern Ticket

All visitors staying in a Bern hotel are issued with the fantastic Bern Ticket, which lets you travel for free on local public transport (zones 100 & 101). In addition, the Ticket gives you free travel on the Gurten funicular and the Marzilibahn funicular. You can even use it for the lift to the viewing platform at the top of the Cathedral's spire.

You will receive your Bern Ticket when you check in to your accommodation. It should be completed in full to benefit from the free travel.

The pass means you can hop on and off transport without having to worry about using the ticket machines.
