Exploring with the Jungfrau Travel Pass

If you are planning to head out and explore this beautiful region on most days of your holiday, we recommend the Jungfrau Travel Pass as an excellent way to keep more spending money in your pocket.

How long is the Jungfrau Railways journey

This pioneering masterpiece came into service in 1912 and climbs 1400 metres. The cogwheel railway takes passengers from Kleine Scheidegg to the Jungfraujoch-Top of Europe, which at 3,454m is Europeâ??s highest-altitude railway station. The train stops for five minutes at Eigerwand and Eismeer, where passengers can marvel at the fascinating mountain world through panorama windows. New rolling stock has cut the journey time by 30 minutes and means trains can depart twice an hour.
